Z25-0018a Hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a change in the zoning district and use classification from Residential 3 (R3) district to Residential 7 (R7) district on approximately 0.74 acres of land generally located on the northeast corner of Bolivar Street and Taliaferro Street, approximately 155 feet west of North Elm Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas; adopting an amendment to the City's Official Zoning Map; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing for a severability clause and an effective date. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted (7-0) to recommend approval. Motion for approval by Chair Pruett and second by Commissioner Riggs (Z25-0018a, Denton Duplexes, Bryce Van Arsdale).

ID 26-0757 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute a lease agreement with the Denton City Federation of Women's Clubs for approximately 18,000 square feet of land located at 610 Oakland Street, situated in Quakertown Park, for a twenty year initial term with two ten year renewals; and providing an effective date.

B. ID 26-0098 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the execution of a second amendment to Cole Ranch Operating Agreement with Cole Ranch Improvement District No. 1 of Denton County, Texas, relative to funding of improvement projects serving property within Cole Ranch Improvement District No. 1 of Denton County and adding definitions; and providing an effective date.

C. ID 26-0663 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the execution of a cost sharing agreement between the City, Cole Ranch Development LP, Cole Ranch Improvement District No. 1 of Denton County, HR 3200, LP, and Hunter Ranch Improvement District No. 1 of Denton County, for the construction of a sewer line; authorizing an escrow agreement and the expenditure of funds for the City's allocated share of improvement costs; and providing an effective date.

D. ID 26-0323 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas directing the publication of Notice of Intention to issue $82,000,000 in principal amount of Certificates of Obligation of the City of Denton for General Government and Solid Waste projects; and providing an effective date. The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (5-0).

E. ID 26-0324 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas directing the publication of Notice of Intention to issue $243,000,000 in principal amount of Certificates of Obligation of the City of Denton for Waterworks and Wastewater System and Electric System projects; and providing an effective date. The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (5-0).
