ID 26-0663 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the execution of a cost sharing agreement between the City, Cole Ranch Development LP, Cole Ranch Improvement District No. 1 of Denton County, HR 3200, LP, and Hunter Ranch Improvement District No. 1 of Denton County, for the construction of a sewer line; authorizing an escrow agreement and the expenditure of funds for the City's allocated share of improvement costs; and providing an effective date.
