ID 26-0525 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Xylem Vue Inc. through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Network Contract No. 091724, for the Water Utility Monitoring and Analytics Project for the Water Utilities Department; authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 8931 - awarded to Xylem Vue Inc., in the five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $6,496,090.00). D. ID 26-0509 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton approving an economic development agreement under Chapter 380 of the local government code to promote economic development and to stimulate business activity and economic growth of the City of Denton between the City of Denton and KrateoSky LLC, regarding the expansion of operations and increase in the number of jobs in the City of Denton; authorizing the expenditure of funds therefor in an amount not-to exceed $870,064; and providing an effective date.
