I vote NO for PD 21-0001e, The current R4 zoning blends with the existing homes. Allowing for more traffic in that area would overcrowd the elementary school access and add to pollution! Please keep the pleasant character of this area. Help maintain quality of life for current residents!

1. Oppose PD 21-0001e, Developments should improve our area, not overcrowd. Denton air quality is often harsh for those with respiratory issues and traffic is congested.
2. The new system for sending white cards is too complicated!
