C. ID 22-624 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Development Agreement between the City of Denton and Jes Dev. Co. Inc., for the payment of park development fees and fees in lieu of parkland dedication and the granting of a public access easement for trail and parking spaces on the Pebblebrook Parkside Development; and providing an effective date. ID 22-911 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc., for the construction of the Hickory Creek Road Phase 3 Project consisting of the realignment and bridge installation of Hickory Creek Road between FM 1830 to Riverpass; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (CSP 7909 - awarded to Mario Sinacola & Sons Excavating, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $52,022,433.88).

E. ID 22-789 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, A Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Development Agreement between the City of Denton and 4000 Ganzer Investments, LLC for the cost participation of $8,000,000 in the development and construction by the city of the extension of wastewater services related infrastructure improvements to the Milam and Clear Creek Basin, and providing an effective date. The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (5 -0).
