PUB26-204 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with UGSI Chemical Feed, Inc., for equipment repair, evaluation, parts, and service for the chemical polymer blending unit, chemical polymer pumps, chemical ferric pumps, and chemical caustic pumps on Section P for the Water Production and Water Reclamation Departments; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8968 - awarded to UGSI Chemical Feed, Inc., for one (1) year, with the option for four (4) additional one (1) year extensions, in the total five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $110,000.00).
