F. ID 26-1606 Conduct the first reading of an ordinance of the City of Denton imposing a moratorium on certain commercial uses (data centers), due to a shortage of public facilities including water / wastewater under Texas Local Government Code Section 212.135 as well as electricity under Texas Local Government Code Section 212.1351 and the inadequacy of existing development regulations under Texas Local Code Section 212.1352; providing for findings, severability, a repealer; and an effective date.
