ID 26-1671 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, approving, adopting as to form, and authorizing the use of a standard Fire Hydrant Meter Use Agreement allowing the temporary use of City fire hydrant meters and associated equipment by contractors; authorizing the City Manager to execute such agreements; ratifying all past Fire Hydrant Meter Use Agreements; providing a repealer; and providing an effective date.
