ID 26-1517 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the city manager to execute a reimbursable agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration for the establishment of a telecommunications infrastructure voice communications service between the Denton Enterprise Airport Air Traffic Control Tower and the Dallas Fort Worth Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility in the not to exceed amount of $50,000.00; authorizing the expenditure of funds; and providing an effective date.
