PUB26-161 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton to declare the intent to reimburse capital program expenditures of General Government ($40,767,690), the Solid Waste Utility ($5,265,000), the Water Utility ($51,550,080), the Wastewater Utility ($49,524,482), and the Electric Utility ($59,490,000) with Tax-Preferred Obligations (Certificates of Obligation and General Obligation Bonds) with an aggregate maximum principal amount not to exceed $206,597,252; and providing an effective date.
