PUB26-152 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Denton and Carollo Engineers, Inc., amending the contract approved by City Council on April 15, 2025, in the not-to-exceed amount of $958,760.00; said first amendment to provide detailed design and grant application support services for the Lake Lewisville Water Treatment Plant Dewatering Improvements Phase II Project for the Water Utilities Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 8213-004 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $369,020.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,327,780.00).
