ID 26-0564 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, adopting the fiscal year 2026-2027 Annual Program of Services and the Capital Improvement Program (Budget) of the City of Denton, Texas, for the fiscal year beginning on October 1, 2026 and ending on September 30, 2027; appropriating funds from available resources; ratifying all prior transfers made under the direction of the City Manager pursuant to Article VIII, section 8.07 of the city charter of the City of Denton; requiring City manager to file a copy of the budget with the City Secretary, Denton County Clerk, and Texas Comptroller, and ensuring the record vote, budget and cover page is posted on the city's website; and declaring an effective date.
