ID 26-1502 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with BuzzClan, LLC, as the primary vendor, WorkNow LLC dba NoHat Staffing, as the secondary vendor, and LC Personnel, Inc. dba Labor Finders, as the tertiary vendor for temporary labor services to be used by various City of Denton departments for the Purchasing Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 9048 - awarded to BuzzClan, LLC, primary, WorkNow LLC dba NoHat Staffing, secondary, and LC Personnel, Inc. dba Labor Finders, tertiary, for one (1) year, with the option for four (4) additional one (1) year extensions, in the total five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $350,000.00).
