ID 26-1460 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Temporary License Agreement between the City of Denton and Denton Day of the Dead Festival, Inc. to utilize the City-owned property at the intersection of Oak Street and Oakland Street to operate and erect a big top tent and organize entertainment activities for the Denton Day of the Dead Festival and Denton Halloween, and providing an effective date.
