ID 26-0942 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Denton County, Texas, a duly organized political subdivision of the State of Texas, to exempt Denton County from notifying or submitting a building permit for any new construction or renovation of a building or facility owned by Denton County to the City of Denton; and providing an effective date.
