ID 26-1145 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a second amendment to a contract between the City of Denton and Mustang Apparel, Inc. dba Incentive Brands, amending the contract approved by City Council on July 28, 2020, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,450,000.00; said second amendment to continue to provide additional spending authority for workwear for the Procurement Department; amended by Amendment 1 approved by City Council; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 7315 - providing for an additional second amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $362,500.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,812,500.00).
