PUB26-067 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a contract between the City of Denton and Anixter Inc., amending the contract approved by City Council on March 21, 2023, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,125,000.00; said first amendment to continue to supply concrete streetlight and aggregate poles for the Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8191 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $281,250.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,406,250.00).
