ID 26-0192 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas Home-Rule Municipal Corporation, authorizing the City Manager or their designee, to execute 3-Way Development Contracts for the construction of public improvements intended to serve private development; approving, adopting as to form, and authorizing use of the performance, payment, and maintenance bonds required under 3-Way Development Contracts; providing a repealer; ratifying all past 3-Way Development Contracts; and providing an effective date.
