ID 25-1254 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton approving an agreement with the Denton Parks Foundation to encourage community interest and involvement in the maintenance and development of the City of Denton park areas, facilities, and recreational opportunities, through promotion and solicitation of funds, as well as the holding and investing of these funds to benefit the City of Denton; authorizing the City Manager to execute the Denton Parks Foundation agreement and carry out the duties of the City therein; authorizing the provision of in-kind services; and providing an effective date.
