ID 26-0343 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., for the Highway Safety Improvement Program design of traffic signals at the intersections of US 377 (Fort Worth Drive) at Lindsey Street and FM 1830 (Country Club Road) and Hobson Lane for the Traffic Engineering Department as set forth in the contract; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 8377-013 - Professional Services Agreement for design services awarded to Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $140,000.00).
