ID 26-0194 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to apply for and accept on behalf of the City a reimbursement grant from the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"), administered by and through the Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT") relating to an Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA") grant of $844,000.00 for Taxilane and Taxiway Design and Preliminary Engineering Report for the Airport; requiring the City to provide contributory funds up to $93,777.78, which is up to ten percent of the estimated total project cost in an amount not to exceed $937,777.78; designating the Director of Airport as the authorized Representative for the City of Denton as it relates to this funding opportunity; and providing an effective date.
