ID 26-0216 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Denton County, Texas for the City to provide utility relocations, inspections, and construction of a signal and roadway improvements along areas of Robson Ranch Road from IH 35 West to Cleveland Gibbs/Ed Robson Blvd in which the county agrees to reimburse the City an amount which shall not exceed $5,800,000.00; providing a repealer; and providing an effective date.
