ID 26-0112 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, rejecting any and all competitive proposals under IFB 8903 for Heat Exchanger Replacement for the Pecan Creek Water Reclamation Plant for the Water Utilities Department; and providing an effective date (IFB 8903). The Public Utilities Board recommends approval (6 - 0).
