PUB26-008 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a Construction Manager at Risk Preconstruction Agreement between the City of Denton and Archer Western Construction, LLC, amending the contract approved by City Council on September 30, 2025, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000.00; said first amendment to acquire and assemble the equipment for the required pilot study for the Ray Roberts Water Treatment Plant Expansion Project; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8590 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $1,315,293.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $2,815,293.00).
