ID 25-2121 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute and authorize the expenditure of funds for a total not to exceed $109,693.47 for the overage cost of a City's traffic signal equipment at the intersection of Western Boulevard at Jim Christal Road in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas between the City of Denton and the Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT"); confirming expenditure; and providing an effective date.
