PUB25-233 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Techline, Inc., through the Lower Colorado River Authority Contract No. 6941, for the acquisition of electric maintenance, repair, and construction inventory for Denton Municipal Electric to be stocked in the Warehouse and at Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 8947 - awarded to Techline, Inc., in the five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $6,000,000.00).
