ID 25-1947 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agricultural Lease Agreement with Rafter B Farms, LLC, for the cutting, baling, and prompt removal of hay from leased agricultural portions of the Denton Enterprise Airport; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8890 - awarded to Rafter B Farms, LLC, for one (1) year, with the option for four (4) additional one (1) year extensions, in the total five (5) year term).
