ID 25-1853 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton approving a substantial amendment to the City's 2021-2025 Action Plan for Housing and Community Development, the 2021 HOME-ARP Allocation Plan and the 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and the Citizen Participation Plan; authorizing the City Manager to sign and submit the substantial amendment; and providing an effective date.
