J. PUB25-214 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a contract between the City of Denton and Open Systems International, Inc., amending the contract approved by City Council on September 21, 2021, in the not to exceed amount of $1,500,000.00, said amendment to provide the renewal of maintenance, support, and upgrade services of OSI Monarch for Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 7718 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $193,973.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,693,973.00).

K. PUB25-215 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a contract between the City of Denton and Cintas Corporation No. 2, amending the contract approved by City Council on September 14, 2021, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,153,000.00; said first amendment to continue to provide uniforms and accessories rentals for all City of Denton Departments; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 7738 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $538,250.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $2,691,250.00).

L. PUB25-216 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with SwiftComply US OpCo Inc., for compliance tracking software for the Environmental Services and Sustainability, Denton Water Utilities, and Street Operations Departments; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8850 - awarded to SwiftComply US OpCo Inc., in the five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $92,028.00).
