ID 25-1786 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton granting Angela Ragas a noise exception for the 25th Wedding Celebration Event, which will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Fred Moore Park located at 501 S. ID 25-1725 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute and deliver an agreement for the furnishing of and reimbursement for traffic signal equipment, between the City of Denton and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), at the intersections of US 380 at Thomas J. Z25-0011a Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a change in the zoning district and use classification from Public Facilities (PF) District to Mixed-Use Downtown (MD) District on approximately 1.08 acres of land, and from Mixed-Use Neighborhood (MN) District to Mixed-Use Downtown (MD) District on approximately 42.62 acres, totaling approximately 43.7 acres of land, generally located north of Eagle Drive and south of Sycamore Street, between Bell Avenue and Myrtle Street in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas; adopting an amendment to the city's official zoning map; providing that existing single-family residential uses within the area subject to the change in zoning district and use classification shall remain legal uses and shall not be made non-conforming by this ordinance; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing a severability clause and an effective date. ID 25-1545 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton by three separate votes, each being conducted on September 16, 2025, October 21, 2025, and December 2, 2025, granting a nonexclusive gas franchise to Universal Natural Gas, LLC, for use of public rights-of-way in a designated area in the City of Denton for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a system of pipelines and other facilities for the provision, transportation, distribution and conveyance of gas to customers in such designated area; authorizing execution of a franchise agreement between the City of Denton and Universal Natural Gas, LLC, providing for compensation to the City for the use of the public right-of-ways, providing terms, conditions and requirements related to the use of public rights-of-way in the City of Denton and to the construction, maintenance and operation of pipelines and other facilities for the provision, distribution and transportation of gas to customers in the designated area of the City of Denton; providing for publication; and providing an effective date.

ID 25-1676 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton considering all matters incident and related to the issuance, sale and delivery of $11,235,000 in principal amount of "City of Denton, Texas Utility System Revenue Bonds, Series 2025" to the Texas Water Development Board; authorizing the issuance of the bonds; approving and authorizing instruments and procedures to said bonds; enacting other provisions relating to the subject; and providing an effective date.
