A. ID 24-2622 Hold a public hearing and receive citizen input on the FY 2025-26 Proposed Budget. TAXPAYER IMPACT STATEMENT FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 This taxpayer impact statement is required by Government Code § 551.043(c) to be posted on the notice of a meeting at which a governmental body will discuss or adopt a budget for the governmental body. This Taxpayer Impact Statement shows the median-value homestead property in the City of Denton, a comparison of the property tax bill in dollars pertaining to the property for the current fiscal year to an estimate of the property tax bill in dollars for the same property for the upcoming fiscal year. MPA24-0003d Hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, regarding a City-initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendment to modify the Thoroughfare Map of the 2022 Mobility Plan, including but not limited to modifications to the functional classification of Eagle Drive between North Texas Blvd to South Carroll Blvd, Welch Street between Eagle Drive to West Oak Street, and Avenue A between Highway I-35E and Eagle Drive from Secondary Arterial to Collector. The general area of change is located south and east of the University of North Texas in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas; adopting an amendment to the City's official mobility plan; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing a severability clause and an effective date.
