ID 25-1394 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute and deliver an agreement for the furnishing of and reimbursement for traffic signal equipment, between the City of Denton and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), at the intersections of US 377 at Fort Worth Drive, US 377 at US 77, and FM 428 at Kings Row; confirming reimbursement by TxDOT; and providing an effective date.
