PUB25-156 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Denton and Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc., amending the contract approved by City Council on November 19, 2024, in the not-to-exceed amount $434,596.00, said first amendment to provide project support services and Maximo support specialists for Denton Municipal Electric; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFQ 7804-015 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $145,048.00, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $579,644.00).
