ID 25-1499 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Mountain Cascade of Texas, LLC, for the construction and movement of public water/wastewater utilities in support of TxDOT's FM 1515 widening from I-35 Frontage Road to Westcourt Road for the Capital Projects Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (IFB 7968-007 - awarded to Mountain Cascade of Texas, LLC, in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,987,742.55).
