PUB25-128 Consider recommending adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of first amendment between the City of Denton and USIC Locating Services, LLC, amending the contract approved by City Council on July 20, 2021, in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,500,000.00; said first amendment to continue locating and marking all existing and future installed utility lines for Denton Municipal Electric, Technology Services, Water, and Wastewater Departments; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 7672 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $1,125,000.00, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $5,625,000.00).
