ID 25-729 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, A Texas Home-Rule Municipal Corporation, authorizing the City Manager or Designee To execute and deliver an Advance Funding Agreement for a Highway Safety Improvement On-System project, between the City of Denton and the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), regarding the construction of traffic signals on US 380 at Thomas J. Egan Road, US 77 at State Loop 288, and State Loop 288 at FM 2164 North Locust Street, and install traffic signal and add left turn lane at North Western Boulevard at Jim Christal Road; confirming expenses; and providing an effective date.
