I. ID 25-629 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to accept on behalf of the City a reimbursement grant from the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"), administered by the Texas Department of Transportation ("TxDOT") relating to an Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA") grant for engineering evaluation for the Airport Taxiway Rehabilitation Prioritization Project with the City responsible for up to ten percent of total project costs; requiring the City to provide $5,320.00 in contributory funds for said project at the Denton Enterprise Airport for an estimated total project cost of $53,200.00; and providing an effective date.
