The subject site is generally located at the southeast corner of the I35-W and Corbin Road intersection in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.     Please vote NO on this PD. With SB840/HB3404 about to take this power away from the municipalities, the city could have 15,000 MF units permitted by May 2026. We don’t know what will happen. Keeping this area zoned residential requires the developer to submit a SUP and AESA before development. This ensures the city can maintain what little control we have left. By then we will have a better idea of what will happen after these bills pass and give developers by-right use of our city land.
