MPA24-0003 Hold a public hearing and consider making recommendation to the City Council regarding a City-initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendment to modify the Thoroughfare Map of the 2022 Mobility Plan, including but not limited to modifications to the functional classification of Eagle Drive between North Texas Blvd to South Carroll Blvd, Welch Street between Eagle Drive to West Oak Street, and Avenue A between Highway I-35E to Eagle Drive from Secondary Arterial to Collector.
