Grainger, Inc., through the Omnia Partners Cooperative Purchasing Network Contract No. R240808, for the acquisition of maintenance, repair, operations (MRO), and industrial supplies, including hand tools, personal safety equipment, and supplies used by field personnel for the City of Denton to be stocked in the Warehouse; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (File 8744 - awarded to W.W. Grainger, Inc., in the five (5) year not-to-exceed amount of $2,500,000.00).
