AESA24-0003c Hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas approving the creation of ecological mitigation plan for the permanent removal and temporary disturbance of ecologically important areas, known as Environmentally Sensitive Areas (ESAs). The subject site, formerly known as Hunter Ranch, is generally on approximately 3,152 acres of land, generally located on both sides of I-35W, between Robson Ranch Road and Vintage Boulevard in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas; adopting an amendment to the city's official environmentally sensitive areas map; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing a severability clause and an effective date.
