AESA24-0001b Hold a public hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, Texas, approving an ecological mitigation plan for the disturbance of approximately 1.05 acres of Environmentally Sensitive Area generally located 266.11 feet east of Country Club Road and to the north of Hobson Lane in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas; adopting an amendment to the city's official environmentally sensitive areas map; providing for a penalty in the maximum amount of $2,000.00 for violations thereof; providing a severability clause and an effective date.
