M. ID 24-1933 Consider approval of a resolution of the City of Denton allowing Lucky Lou's to sell alcoholic beverages at the Every Witch Way Market, on Saturday, October 19 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, November 16 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at downtown Denton, upon satisfying certain conditions; authorizing the City Manager, or their designee, to execute an agreement in conformity with this resolution; and providing for an effective date.
