ID 24-1776 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton approving an amended Employment Agreement setting the Compensation and Terms for the City Manager, Sara Hensley, to amend Section 3 entitled compensation to provide for increases in base salary effective September 28, 2024 and December 21, 2024; to amend Section 19 entitled Performance Evaluation to provide for a Mid-Year review; authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement; authorizing the expenditure of funds; and providing an effective date.
