ID 24-1772 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton approving an amended Compensation Agreement setting the Compensation and Terms for the Presiding Judge, Tyler Atkinson and with an effective date of September 17, 2024 and ending date of September 30, 2026; to amend Section 4 entitled Salary and Contract Rate for Additional Duties providing for increases in base salary effective September 28, 2024 and December 21, 2024; to amend Section 5 entitled Performance Evaluation to provide for a Mid-Year Review; to amend Section 6 entitled Hours of Work and Outside Employment to authorize outside employment as an Associate Judge for the Town of Flower Mound; authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement; authorizing the expenditure of funds; and providing an effective date.
