ID 24-1769 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton approving a third amended Employment Agreement setting the Compensation and Terms for City Auditor, Madison Rorschach to amend Section 5 entitled Separation and Severance Pay to provide compensation for accrued vacation and sick leave upon involuntary separation; to amend Section 6 entitled Salary to provide for increases in base salary effective September 28, 2024 and December 21, 2024; to amend Section 8 entitled Performance Evaluation to provide for a Mid-Year Review; authorizing the mayor to execute the agreement; authorizing the expenditure of funds; and providing an effective date.
