I support increased single-district representation and decreased at-large representation. I feel that at large representation fails to address the needs of Denton's varied demographics.

I support increasing the number of single district seats while decreasing the number of at large seats. I think single district seats are much more likely to represent those living in the district.

I support more single district seats, because I think it would make seats more accessible to citizens in that district who can provide more accurate district representation.

I support increasing the number of single district seats and decreasing the number of at large seats, as I feel single district seats are more accessible for those living in that district and thus more accurately represent the district.

Having historically received more responses from at-large councilors, I appreciate having two members and the mayor (in theory) in addition to my district rep to contact for a district-specific concern. I'm not immediately in favor of removing any at-large seat, but would like to see the ratio change by adding more district seats.
