A. ID 24-781 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amended and Restated Development Agreement with D.R. Horton - Texas, LTD., a Texas Limited Partnership and Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc. to increase the allowed multifamily units and specify future annexation procedures and related fees for a portion of the MUD into the corporate limits of the City of Denton and to execute a first amendment to the Fire Protection Services Agreement with Legends Ranch Municipal Utility District of Denton County to modify the service area; and providing an effective date.
