ID 24-1481 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the approval of a first amendment to a Professional Services Agreement between the City of Denton and Graham Associates, Inc., amending the contract approved by City Council on October 19, 2010, in the not-to-exceed amount of $5,444,253.00; said first amendment to provide additional engineering services needed for the Bonnie Brae Phase 3 Widening and Reconstruction Project for the Capital Projects Department; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 4520 - providing for an additional first amendment expenditure amount not-to-exceed $585,141.25, with the total contract amount not-to-exceed $6,029,394.25).
