ID 24-1204 Consider adoption of an ordinance of the City of Denton, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with various vendors as set forth below for the purchase of water and wastewater inventory parts to be stocked in the City of Denton Warehouse; providing for the expenditure of funds therefor; and providing an effective date (RFP 8444 - awarded to Benmark Supply Company, Inc., Consolidated Pipe & Supply Company, Inc., Core & Main LP, Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, Fortiline, Inc., and Metron Farnier, L.L.C., for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) additional one (1) year extension, in the total four (4) year not-to-exceed amount of $12,000,000.00).
